Paxillus involutus

There were several of these rather distinctive fungi in the Miller Woodland Trust site this morning. It is a Brown Roll-rimmed Fungus (Paxillus involutus). They look quite inviting really, large and meaty. However, looks can be deceptive as they are considered deadly if eaten!
