A somewhat zoomed-in image but clearly a Dotted Bee-fly (Bombylius discolor). This was enjoying a patch of sunlight near Summerfield Farm. Note the probocis, almost as long as its body. This was a nice find as it is much less common than the Dark-edged Bee-fly, so, good to know that we have it locally.
